Big Hill Pond State Park lies in the southwestern part of McNairy County off Hwy 57. The Park consists of nearly 5,000 acers of timberland and hardwood bottom land

The Observation Tower is 70 feet talk, offering a panoramic view of the Travis McNatt Lake and Dismal Swamp
Campgrounds consist of 30 developed campsite with a grill, picnic tables, a bathhouse with hot water, and playground. Quiet time is 10p.m. Fee $13 up to 4 people.
Scout Camps are available, site 19 is the designated camp plus three site areas are on a gravel road past the Park Office.
Picnic area by the lake has 22 tables, grills and restroom. Or you may picnic by the chimney. The Pavilion has eight tables, on a first come first serve basis. May be reserved. Chimney is on a first come first serve basis.
Bike/Horse riding is permitted on 13 mile trail. Riders must stay on the red trail or fire road. No horses are allowed on hiking trails.
Travis McNatt Lake is spring feed of 165 acres, consisting of one boat ramp. Opened year round. A valid TN state fishing license is required. Only electric trolling motors are allowed.
Hiking is a 30 miles of day or overnight use, with 4 backpack shelters. Trail map is available upon request. All Hikers are required to sign in with the Rangers Office
